Rates
Listed below are our short and long term stay rates. A one week minimum is requested, but on short notice you are free to check availability. Many of our guests are visiting scholars and require stays of several weeks to several months. Certain policies and privileges apply to such accommodation -- inquire with host.

Scholars and visiting artists under grant restrictions should inquire regarding space availability under grant parameters.
Certain times per year the entire space becomes available -- inquire regarding "family plan".

Standard Short-term Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Cambridge Guest Rooms requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking in order to guarantee a reservation. A credit card # is taken (Visa, MC, Amex) but the deposit is requested in the form of a check made payable to your host, Gina Foglia, and must be received within 7 days. Payment of balance due is expected on arrival in cash or travelers checks, unless stated otherwise at the time your reservations are made. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room. For this reason we uphold a strict policy. Your deposit will be happily refunded if cancellation is made not less than 14 days prior to arrival. After that, no refund is possible regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure.

Standard Long-term Reservation & Cancellation Policy
First month payment is due at time of booking & is non-refundable. Additional months are due 14 days in advance & are non-refundable. If payments are by check and it is not received 14 days in advance, credit card will be processed.

Your deposit is an acceptance of our cancellation policy. Check-in time is 3:00-10:00 PM, and Check-out is 9:00 AM to 12 Noon. (We do realize that some of our guests have to make international connections or are involved with family events, so if you have to make other special arrangements, please contact the host ahead of your scheduled arrival / departure allowing sufficient time to accommodate your request.)

Confirmation
All guests will receive written confirmation of their reservation along with all necessary information and directions. If time does not allow, we will also fax your information or provide verbal instructions.
